David G. Elkouby - Partner

David has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years as an owner, manager, and developer. Throughout the Northeast David has developed urban residential multi family and multiple retail centers (small strips & big box anchored). As well, David has redeveloped many office buildings in primary and secondary markets. David was formerly Senior VP of REO at Global Equities, a multi billion dollar real estate fund specializing in the secondary mortgage market. At Global, David successfully sold several real estate portfolios whose combined value was in excess of $500 million. David completed his undergraduate degree at Marie Victorin College and his graduate studies at Montreal School of Fine Arts.
